Casa de Vila Verde Vinho Verde
The grapes are fermented for 10-15 days in stainless steel vats at temperatures below 20°C. After 10 days of stabilization at -2°C, the wine is lightly filtered and bottled. Bright green color with young and intense floral aromas. The wine has a dry and fresh palate, with an elegant finish. Lots of tropical fruit flavors add a distinctive character. This wine is far more complex than most Vinho Verdes on the market.
